Dr. Dewayne Swift, Founder

Dewayne Swift is an international speaker, instructor, author, and community leader. Dr. Swift serves as pastor at New Covenant Outreach Ministries in Memphis, TN. He has earned various degrees, including an Associate in Electronic Engineering, Masters of Bible Theology, and Doctorate of Ministry with emphasis in Leadership and Curriculum Development from Midwest Seminary of Bible Theology. In an effort to edify men and women across the world, Dr. Swift has developed numerous resources that apply practical teaching to biblical truths. He teaches in-depth bible education, life skills, and fatherhood development at seminars, outreach events, and churches, in addition to co-leading healthy relationship classes with his wife, Dr. Tiffany Swift, for people who are incarcerated. Dr. Swift is dedicated to uplifting his local community in Memphis, TN, through strategic service. He is a graduate of the Memphis Police Department Clergy Academy, Shelby County Sheriff Office Citizen Academy, and FBI Memphis Field Office Citizen Academy. He is a lifetime member of American Mission Teams, foundational board member of the Shelby County Office of Re-entry, an FBI multi-cultural engagement committee member, and a charter member and former board member of the Northwest Shelby County Rotary Club. Dr. Swift serves as board chairman for Christ International Ministries, and has traveled on several CIM mission trips where he has spoken in cities and villages in Uganda. Kenya, and Nigeria.

Dr. Tiffany Swift, Founder

Dr. Tiffany Swift is a business owner, teacher, ministry leader, and conference host. She earned an Associate of Biblical Studies from International College of Bible Theology, a Masters of Theology, and Doctorate in Christian Counseling with emphasis in Teaching and Women’s Outreach from Midwest Theological Seminary. She is continuing her professional, technical leadership, and management education through the Morgan State University professional development program.
 She is a graduate of the Memphis Police Department Clergy Academy, Shelby County Sheriff Office Citizen Academy, and the FBI Memphis Field Office Citizen Academy. Dr. Swift is a charter member and two-term president of Northwest Shelby County Rotary Club, where she was the first African American woman to hold this position. She has served on the international mission field in Uganda, Kenya, and Nigeria with Christ International Ministries. As a senior member of the mission team, her responsibilities have included ministering to women and youth, facilitating CIM school administrative meetings, and conducting interviews with local church leaders. She’s a lifetime member of American Mission Teams, and has sponsored and supported multiple local mission efforts in her hometown of Memphis, TN. For several years, she hosted The Gatekeeper Broadcast, a weekly radio show featuring biblical teaching and informative interviews. Dr. Swift serves with her husband and pastor, Dr. Dewayne Swift, at New Covenant Outreach Ministries.
